FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Jill Moran Wins International Special Events Society Esprit Award - Special Events Planner and Author Recognized for Industry Contribution - Los Angeles, CA, August 13, 2005 -- The International Special Events Society (ISES) recently presented Jill Moran, CSEP with an Esprit Award for "Best Industry Contribution" for her newly published book, How to Start A Home-based Event Planning Business. ISES, a nearly 4000 member organization, is the leading special events organization dedicated to the professionalism of the events industry. At its annual conference, Eventworld, held here last week, ISES presented awards in 24 categories and honored Moran by making her the 7th winner of the coveted award. This award is designed to honor an individual, group or event that has contributed to the growth and prestige of the industry. Jill Moran is a 15-year veteran in the special events industry and principal of her own home-based business, jsmoran & associates, event planning & management in Medfield, Massachusetts. As a first-time author, Moran shares her expertise in her new book, How to Start A Home-based Event Planning Business, published in April 2004.
